My first experience with this company was with a defective item.
Melissa reached out to me and in very little time or effort, had processed a store credit for the item. Excellent Customer Service.
My second order was with Joteona, and once again, it was a phenomenal Customer experience. She was able to fill the order and applied the store credit, all the while, being cheerful and I did not feel rushed in any way.

1st time buyer from extreme restraints. The item I purchased exactly matches an item I already own except longer. I’m very pleased with the product. I had only one problem my initial order never arrived and after a month I began tracking the package. Despite an indication from the post office that it was delivered(it wasn’t) they confirmed my address and shipped another one which did arrive and in a reasonable amount of time.

I live in Canada and ordered something from XR. They ship with DHL, and today I got a call that my package is on hold until I pay pay import taxes and brokerage fees. I haven't paid this taxes from other sites. But what's outrageous is that the tax is only 9 dollars I need to pay, but at the same time I need to pay 20 dollars to DHL just because they are handling it for me. There is no other option to avoid paying extra 20 dollars. When I placed my order I already paid $15 for shipping, and now I need to pay $30 more to just get the package. Very frustrating! Please make it right!
My item that I had ordered for some reason would not charge with the battery pack that accompanied the item. Wyatt from customer service assisted via email very quickly and attempted to have me trouble shoot. Nothing would work. Wyatt provided the return label and I returned the item for replacement. The replacement came within a week and the new item works perfectly. Wyatt was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the process. I have made 6 purchases now with this company and love the products and support!
My experience with this company suck they ruin my anniversary with my wife. I placed an order for a few items on 5/5/21 I was supposed to receive my order 5/13/21 here it is 5/25/21,I still have not gotten anything nor do Extreme Restraints know where or when I will get my order
Thought I’d try ordering from a website other than Pinkcherry. Seems it was a mistake ????????. They use DHL for delivery and unfortunately DHL uses a ransom and holds your product until you pay an import duty (which is basically charging you to pay the tax you already owe with a huge chunk of the “tax” actually not even being a TAX! It’s taken charging you for no good reason. Lesson learned, back to pinkcherry I go!!
Melissa was awesome. She was super helpful. I’ve been ordering with this company for years and never had an issue. Thank you guys for all you do.

We ran into a warranty defect with a product and I'm happy to report they handled it the way it should be handled. Just waiting on our replacement now.
I had an issue with a toy that I ordered. It broke after two weeks. After sending an email to customer service about my broken item and received a very quick response to my issue. I sent in a video of the broken item and was sent out the next day. I love your customer service and will be a client for life. Cheers!
I received nipple clamps with ball weights and chain and one side attached fine but the other side wouldn't stay on because the little thing that was to slide inside the tube wouldn't do so unless I did it without using it and then the clamp became so tight I could no longer get it on. I think they would be terrific if they worked. I called the company and they generously are replacing the nipple clamps. Their customer service is excellent.
